How does it work?
Once you place your order, we’ll contact you within one hour via Discord or email to organize a group chat with your duo-partner match! Please include your Discord username at checkout.
Here’s what to expect:
Initial Contact
We’ll reach out within one hour to ask you a few questions to specify what you’re looking for, and narrow down a match! We may ask things like:
Preference of region (North America, Europe, Oceania);
Game modes of choice;
Personality type;
Etc!
Group-Chat Setup
Once we’ve presented you a few candidates, you can choose one you like, and we’ll setup a group chat with all of us. From there, you can get to gaming!
How long does it take?
We’ll begin the process within one hour, and we typically match a candidate within 3 hours. From there, we charge ‘per match’ with your matched duo-partner, which will typically range between 30-45 minutes. Simply select the ‘quantity’ of matches you’d like to play in total on this package, which starts at 1.
What if I don’t like my duo partner?
If you’re not satisfied with the teammate we’ve matched you with, just let us know. A member of our team will be present in the Discord group chat throughout the session to moderate communication and ensure a smooth experience.
You can either message us directly or post in the group chat — and we’ll arrange a replacement partner at no extra cost. Since we typically charge per match, all we ask is that you notify us before the game concludes, and we’ll handle the switch seamlessly.
Where do I provide you my Discord Username or Email address?
When purchasing, you’ll be prompted to complete a form to provide us your Discord Username, Email Address, and FPS game of choice.
