REFUND POLICY

At Cactus Solutions, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and a seamless customer experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

A Refund Can Be Provided in the Following Cases:

  1. Order Cancellation

    • A refund will be issued if your order is cancelled before service delivery has commenced.

  2. Repeat Payments

    • If multiple payments were made in error toward a single order, we will issue a full refund for the duplicated transaction(s).

  3. Non-Delivery or Service Not As Described

    • If the digital service was not delivered, or if the service provided significantly differs from the described offering, a refund may be granted upon review.

For refunds that are processed, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment. It may take up to 96 business hours (from when the refund has been processed) for you to receive your funds.
